1. Digital Product Policy

MedEduSource Academy sells digital medical learning resources, including online courses, board review programs, clinical training videos, medical books, PDFs, slides and study materials.

2. No Physical Returns

Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no physical items to return. No shipping or return delivery is required.

3. General Refund Rule

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once access details, download links or course instructions have been provided.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited cases, such as duplicate payments, incorrect product delivery, unavailable access, or technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved by our support team.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reading the product description before purchase and providing a correct email address at checkout. Access delays caused by incorrect email addresses are not considered a refund reason.

8. No CME or Certificates

No refund is provided for misunderstanding regarding CME credits, certificates or accreditation unless such credits or certificates were clearly promised on the product page.
